My first gig for a few years, and we wanted to do a fundraiser for a charity that truly serves communities in the UK and overseas. All ticket donations will go to the Salvation Army’s Big Collection. I am also showcasing a new song!
The Big Collection is an annual fundraising challenge for friends and volunteers of the Salvation Army to raise money for social and community programmes across the UK.
All donations to the Big Collection directly support The Salvation Army’s work to care for people who are vulnerable or in need. This includes supporting homeless people, running care homes and day centres for older people, reuniting families through their Family Tracing Service and providing safety for adult victims of modern slavery.
This is how we give back. Especially when you, the fans support us, we will pass on that goodwill to our community and charity partners.
My wife Frankie and I grew up in places where people looked out for each other and connected through social activities. We have always been active in our community. It’s important that we share our success and talents to help build a fair and happy environment in which to live, work and play.
Music is truly universal. It brings joy, explores emotions, it helps heal the pain of heartache. Most of all, music brings people together.
